Write about your ideal day?
Wake up by 5:30AM, enjoy a chai latte, do my 20 minutes morning power yoga with weights, 15 minutes stretching. Followed by a long hot shower. I would then do a 30-45 minute meditation. After my meditation I would cook a nice and healthy breakfast and do some readings for 20 minutes. 9:30AM I would start the work day by checking and actioning emails, have meetings after 11:30AM, then half an hour break for lunch. Look after kids (home-schooling), and their school work. Go for a walk in my backyard, while enjoying the sunshine. Do my prayers and then cook dinner for my family. Followed by enjoying some family time, plan new activities and timelines. 8:30PM when the youngest is in bed, focus on unwinding, relaxing and meditation. Make checklist for the next day’s work.
Love & blessings
